WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our prints and frames are custom-made to order according to your specifications. All of our products are final sale and non-refundable. However, if your print is flawed or damaged, please contact us at marketing@thepruittshop.com so that we can make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

All packages are insured until it arrives to your stated shipping location. All packages from The Pruitt Shop do not require a signature. Once the package has arrived to your destination, we are no longer responsible for any of the items.
